** Recruiters' General Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions:
• References to 'we', 'us' or 'our' are references to waZayef.net
• ‘Customer’ means any person, company, organization or firm which purchases Services from us.
• ‘Services’ means all recruitment products and services made available by us from time to time.
• ‘Contract Month’ means, in respect of any order form relating to the provision of Services for a specified period of months, the calendar month commencing on the start date specified in the order form and ending on the day before the same date in the next calendar month. For example, the calendar month commencing on 23 march and ending 22 April. 
• Commencement of Services:
We will not commence the provision of Services until the Order is complete and paid for.
• Prices:
Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the Order.
All jobs posted on waZayef.net will remain live for the number of days as agreed for. Any extension of this time will be charged to the Customer as a new posting. Each single job will be identified by its unique ID number.

Payments
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. Other forms of payment can be arranged for as well.

Refunds
Refunds are given at the discretion of waZayef.net management.

Termination
In the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if waZayef.net is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit, waZayef.net may, at its sole discretion, pursue all of its legal remedies, including, but not limited to, deletion of your postings from the website and/or immediate termination of your registration or ability to access the website or any other service provided to you by us. waZayef.net shall have the right to terminate your ability to access the website at any time without notice and to discontinue or modify any of the information contained on the website, or the website itself, at any time. Given the nature of these Terms and Conditions, you understand and agree that, in addition to money damages, waZayef.net will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of them by you.

Job Posting Site rules
We have rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on waZayef.net. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site or the waZayef.net database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from waZayef.net any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
The Rules are:
• No duplicating of jobs at the expense of other clients' jobs.
• No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous is defined as deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
• Job advertisements placed on waZayef.net must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.

Illegal Advertisements
Advertisements which appear to discriminate are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. If we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from waZayef.net without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.

Responses to advertisements
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring waZayef.net into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against waZayef.net arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

Site availability
We use our best efforts to ensure that waZayef.net is available to users of the World Wide Web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, at times the site may be partially or completely unavailable due to technical faults or reasons beyond our control such as failures by third party service providers or a risk of virus attack. We will deal with these situations as quickly as reasonably possible, but you agree that we shall have no financial liability to you in the event of such unavailability.
